This website accompanies our manuscript: "A Single-Cell Atlas of the Breast Cancer Microenvironment Identifies Subtype-Specific Tumor-Immune Landscapes and Vulnerabilities".
Our study investigates the dynamic interplay between tumor, immune, and stromal compartments in Triple-Negative and Luminal A breast cancer subtypes, linking these interactions to therapeutic response and patient prognosis.
